- Deposit: 50% due now. 50% due 60 days before arrival.
- Cancellation policy: NO REFUNDS within 30 days. Trip Insurance recommended. Rebooking possible.
- Checking-out early: Nights not spent in the villa are not refundable.
- Rates are subject to change until the reservation is confirmed.

- No animals
- Power and water usage included but metered. Extreme usage will be charged.
